Vegetarian

necessary ingredients:

1 / approx 1g of hashiku per person (depending on the forces - I gave at an average quality Hashiku of 1 gram and I would say that it was perhaps too much ...;))
2 /hemp oil, preferably vegetable to prevent it from burning
3 / ketchup
4 / grinded pepper
5 / slices of soya meat (maybe already seasoned)

procedure:

1 / First you must prepare slices of soya meat - on the instructions given a few hours before the actual lye in the boiling water, but this thing is completely useless, so we straight boil water, add salt and when it comes to a boil, add sliced meat and soya burner for so long, and the slices become soft (several minutes), then slices will dry up (spill the water, squeeze the water out from a slice- honestly recommend to the frying pan. When fried, it wouldn't sputter and sowed as much oil!).

2 / boil oil and mostly add crushed hashik - I recommend a pan with a double bottom (or get water in a larger pan and the smaller one with oil lay into it, as I did). But do not bring it completely to the boil, keep hot file only, for about 3/4hod.

3 / the pan and pour hot oil into the most dame soya meat slices, mix well and after a bit, add ketchup, paprika number or other spices

4 / soya meat slices fry until they're golden!

Those lazier eat it with baguette, roll or a bread and the others then with boiled potatoes or rice ...
